Simply follow these steps to initiate a remote support session.
- Contact our support team via email or by calling 515-262-9822.
- When speaking with your Walsh technician, click the "Connect" button below.
- Type in your name and the one-time-use Support Key Code provided by your technician in the form.
- Click Continue.
- Click Run or Save at the bottom of your screen (depending on the Internet provider you use). Then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Your support session will be established in less than a minute.
- Your Walsh technician will have remote access to your security system and remain on the phone with you to provide the support needed.
